About Our Business

Over a period of years, using our family and friends as tasters, the rib rub was developed. It
was good.  We used it in our family restaurant .  It produced tender, fall off the bone ribs. It was
a hit.

Soon we decided that there should be a sauce to complement those wonderful, fall off the bone
ribs.  So the barbecue sauce was born.  And it was good!

After some refining, a recipe that was all natural and used no preservatives was produced.  It
was even better!!

We couldn't keep it to ourselves, so we decided to bottle it and share it with you.
